| An ALCo with train 303 passing the Alfios river bridge on 23 April
2000. This bridge will cause some trouble to the new ADtranz locos, its
outline is narrower than the standard UIC.

A-9110 at Aghii Anargiri station, the first (and hopefully the
only) member of its class which has been retired and completely stripped
down. As you can see on the picture (taken 2 Jan 2001), the locomotive
has been completely stripped down and dumped, out of rails in a place
that serves most as old railstock scrap-yard. Everything useful has been
removed, including the cooling system, the compressor and all the
electrics. The body of the engine is still inside (!), but many parts of
been have been taken off. It is very unpossible for me to see this old
friend roaring again...

| A double A-9100 heading of train 303 from Kalamata
to Pireaus, in July 2000. Gerasimos Maniatis took this pic in Kamares,
between Patras an Aeghio. Double tractions were quite often in summer
due to the touristic traffic of the line.
