The Austin & Texas Central is home to the two only operational ALCo RSD-15! 442 (ex Wabash & Ohio/Indiana Hi-Rail) and 443 (ex Indiana Hi-Rail) are classic diesel power for the weekly excursion trains out of Austin, Texas. 443 is on loan and will serve as back-up. The two diesels replace ex SP 2-8-2 #786 which is stored for overhaul.
