I found newly rebuilt RS-18 630 at the BC Rail shops, in the new Blue and Silver scheme. This was the last 251 powered RS-18 on BC Rail. The end of an era, of sorts.

My first encounter with live ALCo power took place
at Quesnel BC, Sept. 7th 1994: BCR 628 and 621 switching! Note the
