The BRC C-424s were sold to Omnitrax/Hudson Bay
Railway in Canada. All units are now at The Pas, Manitoba. As of May
2000, only 604 was working along with the large HBRY M420 fleet. The
disposition of the 420 is still uncertain but it didn't leave the US.
In summer 2002, 600, 601 and 604 left the Omnitax roster after they were
bought by the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad.
On my visit of BRC's Clearing yard shops on June 15th, '99 the following units were stored (see pic below): 600, 601, 602, 605 and the 420. At least two sets of SD40s were working the hump.
