The Little Rock and Western operates freight on a line from Little Rock to Danville. Two jobs originate each (work)day from Perry AR, where the enginehouse is located. One works west to Danville, the other reaches Little Rock's UP yard. Work is done until 5 pm usually. The 101 (b/n 84729, 2/64) carries a plate reading "Remanufactured by Green Bay & Western R.R.", so its heritage is obvious. The lettering scheme is truly GBW style.
Two Geeps (GP9 103 and GP9 7736, lettered for ETRY) complete the LWRN roster.
