MLWs of the Owego Harford Railway

According to the 2003 Locomotive Rosters the Owego Harford Railway, starting from the NS Southern Tier line at Owego, NY, has two ex-CP RS-18. On September 30th I only found the 1811, the 1816 might have been in the enginehouse. Two EMD switchers were stiitng outside as well. The Owego Harford Railway does both freight and excursion business.
