With today's modern drive system ,you need to be able to rely on maximum running time , operational safety ,cost effectiveness and functional efficiency. The universal yard stick here is the quality -  guaranteed  right from the design stage through the manufacturing till the final assembly.
We have invested of over US $ 4 . 00 million in building an  infrastructure which includes a corporate office and four modern manufacturing plants situated in and around DELHI.  

We possess the state of the art machines viz., Reishauer, Niles, Klingelnberg Profile Grinders, Pfauter, Toss, Churchill, Gear hobbers, Gleason Bevel Generators, Mori Seiki CNC Turning center, Sunderland, Sykes Harringbone Gear Generators.  These are well supported by the latest inspection facilities like Klingelnberg Lead and profile tester and Fellows gear roll tester etc. We also possess in-house Heat treatment unit with metallurgical Lab equipped with Carl Zeiss Microscope, ECE ultrasonic tester , Magnaflux for crack detection and arrangement for chemical analysis of materials .

Even the availability of high grade material and production machinery and techniques do not relieve us of these responsibility  of continuous quality controls. In achieving such quality standards we possess a highly motivated team of personnel  acting right from the grass root level of closely following stringent metallurgical standards on basic raw material  on to production technique incorporating every stagewise inspection finally to highest standard at final Inspection. We at Trina believe in repetitive quality assurance and not in quality controls only.

With these world class facilities, well manned by skilled technical workforce capable of designing and developing gear solutions that meets the most demanding specification, we have been accredited with Research Design & Standards Organization ( RDSO - a wing of Indian railways ) approval for traction gears. We were also awarded the Certificate of Excellence from the Ministry of Defense for developing Planetary Gearboxes for the first time in the country in the year 1985 .

We have the expertise to manufacture special gear profiles such as tooth crowning, taper relief or both   on shaving/ grinding.  We can also produce gears to DIN standard 4, AGMA class 12-13, British class 1 etc. The capacity ranges upto 750 mm hardened ground spur and helical gearing 500 mm shaved , upto 800 mm  for St. bevels , upto 1500 mm  for double helical ( both Sykes and Sundeland pattern ) upto 500 mm dia , 1000 mm length multistart worms and upto 2000 mm machine cut spur and helical gears.

Trina Steel Carb Pvt. Ltd. conducts Heat Treatment operations with state of the art facility.
