ALCos and MLWs of the Buenos Aires al Pacifico

The BAP runs several ALCo types (DL500C, DL535M, DL540 ), 22 DL500S were acquired secondhand form the RENFE, who had a number of obsolete broadgauge units since the end of the 80s. As of Oct. 1st, 96 the BAP had 249 serviceable ALCos and MLWs!

DL500S 2nd hand dual-end-cabs

DL535M little ones, both meter and broad gauge

DL540 type RSD-16, but looking like RSD-12's
